Having already reworked the Stan Smith in a variety of ways; from tonal color-ups and polka dots of varying sizes to unique hand-customised one-offs, PHARRELL WILLIAMS continues to treat this understated classic as a blank canvas for his irrepressible creativity.
For the limited edition Jaquard pack, Pharrell transforms the iconic tennis shoe into a luxurious graphic statement with Old World elegance. Made using traditional European jacquard fabric sourced from legendary Parisian fabric shop Le Marché Saint Pierre, each upper features a unique cut of richly embroidered floral fabric, beautifully set on the authentic Stan Smith tooling. The leather heel-tab is debossed with Pharell’s logo whilst the foot-bed comes with his signature multi-colored print adding a touch of playful fun to this serious piece of footwear.
The PHARRELL WILLIAMS Stan Smith Jaquard comes in two floral color ways; a deep turquoise blue embroidered in gold and pink with a classical floral pattern and a rich cream version embellished with a botanical pattern in red, gold and green.
Each color way will be released in a limited run of 200 units and available globally from May 30th in select adidas boutiques such as No74 in Berlin and No42 in Paris, and with both of our retail partners; Uptown and ADDICT.
